Internet Installation
Ordered VAST internet, representative came out to install it but no line to my home. He made a call and got back with me and said the following Friday he would return and I would have internet.
He arrived the following Friday but no line still. When he called they told him it was not cost effective to put line to my home. Even though I am in city limits and neighbor 50 yards away from my house has VAST. After waiting and being told they couldn't do it I called a customer supervisor, "Collin" he told me I could pay for a line!
The whole experience was awful with exception of "Larry" the gentleman that came out to install it. Needless to say I am not going to pay for their line to be put in.

Awful Service and Annoying Fees
Sent technicians several a few times but none of what they did fixed the issue at all - which was probably caused by the actual physical cable itself. I can understand why Vast wouldn't actually fix the issue, though.
Fixing the cable probably would have cost too much money for them but they were happy to continue charging me the full price for the internet anyway.
The constant dropping of packages over the internet meant that streaming video or playing online videogames was nearly impossible at times. I would come home on a Friday night and Netflix would stutter so badly I'd give up in frustration and go read a book instead.
The additional fee they charge for processing an one-time payment is an additional slap in the face given that it's $2 to run a single credit card transaction. I would even recommend Midco over these guys if not for Midco's own terrible service.

Everything everyday sucks, after over 1 year never have I had all of my services working at the same time, had the Tech's here so many times then promised they will take a certain amount of my bill but nope my bill gets more expensive every month
By far the worst cable I have ever had.

Same problem with me too. I've been with them since they were black hills fibercom but as of today, I'm done.
